Description
Estudo de caso de metodologia qualitativa, realizado em 2014 numa criança com Perturbação de Hiperatividade e Défice de Atenção (ADHD) e Deficiência Mental (DM), sendo-lhe aplicado o Programa Cognitivo Comportamental - Villar e Llorente, para comparar os resultados com os de uma criança dita “normal” do ensino básico. Analisámos os dossiers individuais e outra documentação necessária à caraterização e descrição dos sujeitos e do seu contexto escolar. Objetivos orientadores: conhecer os serviços de apoio para os alunos com essas necessidades especiais; aprofundar a temática da DM e propor estratégias de intervenção para os professores. Utilizamos as técnicas da observação participante, Escala de Conners, entrevistas semiestruturadas a professores e pais, notas de campo e a triangulação. Verificamos resultados positivos com o programa, que corroboram outros estudos idênticos. Propusemos estratégias de orientação aos professores do ensino regular e apoio aos pais, de modo a melhorar aprendizagem e comportamento desses alunos
