Description
Abstract : This internship report focuses on the Supervised Teaching Practice course of the Master in Music Teaching, mirroring on the one hand the practice of supervised teaching carried out throughout the academic year 2016/2017 and, on the other hand, the research developed in the field of the Curricular Unit of Artistic Teaching Project. The Supervised Teaching Practice, the first part of this work, was carried out at the Regional Conservatory of Music of Vila Real and contemplates all the work developed throughout the practice, from the contextualization of the school and the surrounding environment, the characterization of the instrument student and of the chamber music students, the synthesis of the pedagogical practice and, finally, a final reflection. As for the research project, the second and last part of this work, it is based on research developed on the theme of vibrato, more specifically on its pedagogical application in the Transverse Flute. Therefore, we tried to understand all aspects and controversies involving vibrato, the main problems that the teaching of this technique faces as well as the best way to solve them. Therefore, this second part is structured as follows: definition of the problem and objectives, theoretical foundation alluding to all aspects that involve the theme of vibrato, more specifically to its teaching. The methodology used in the research is based on the collection of data using surveys by questionnaire, the creation of a guide to support teachers in the teaching of vibrato, as well as their respective validation by teachers in the area and the respective treatment of all collected data.
