Description
O presente relatório está dividido em duas partes distintas, a primeira é sobre a
prática de ensino desenvolvida durante o estágio profissional, no âmbito da unidade
curricular: Prática de Ensino Supervisionada. A segunda parte incide no trabalho de
investigação elaborado na esfera da unidade curricular: Projeto do Ensino Artístico.
Na primeira parte será apresentada a escola onde o estágio teve lugar, assim como
o seu meio envolvente, serão apresentadas as planificações e relatórios das aulas, os
objetivos e metodologias que foram aplicadas, no final será expressada uma reflexão
crítica ao dito estágio.
Na segunda parte do relatório será exposto o trabalho de investigação intitulado
“Avaliação da Implementação de um Programa de Exercícios em Alunos de Guitarra”,
a razãodeste estudo prende-se na importância que a capacidade física e a postura
tem na prevenção de lesões músculo esqueléticas relacionadas com o trabalho (LMERT), e na evolução técnica de um guitarrista.
Abstract : The following report is divided in two different parts, the first one is on the developed teaching practice during the professional internship, in the context of the curricular unit: Practice of Supervised Education. The second part happens in the work of investigation prepared in the sphere of the curricular unit : Artistic Teaching Project. In the first part will be presented the school where the internship took place, as well as its surroundings, will be presented the class planning and reports, the objectives and methodologies that were applied, at the end will be expressed a critical reflection about the internship. In the second part of the report will be exposed the research work titled "Evaluation of the Implementation of an Exercise Program in Guitar Students," the reason for this study is the importance that physical ability and posture has in the prevention of work-related musculoskeletal injuries (WMSD), and in the technical evolution of a guitarist.
