Description
A presente investigação descreve e analisa a temática da Gestão de Projetos de Design, observando a importância deste tema para a melhoria no desenvolvimento de projetos desta área, para a obtenção de melhores resultados e para a valorização do design enquanto ferramenta estratégica - desenvolvendo-se para cumprimento de tais objetivos, um modelo de Gestão de Projetos de Design Gráfico, com base em matérias teóricas, metodologias e modelos defendidos por outros autores, publicações e experiências pessoais da autora.
Para além da investigação inserida numa metodologia não-intervencionista, houve também uma investigação ativa com metodologias mistas (intervencionista e não-intervencionista) realizada em contexto de estágio na empresa Dielmar, durante seis meses, sobre o qual se observaram e manipularam matérias relativamente ao Design Gráfico, tendo-se - respetivamente - observado o fluxo de trabalho interno, as metodologias aplicadas e as falhas/oportunidades dentro do departamento em questão, e realizado projetos de diversas naturezas.
Através da avaliação do Estado da Arte, do comportamento empresarial Dielmar e do Estudo de Casos, procurou-se comprovar a pertinência e importância desta área nas organizações e particulares, sejam de design ou não.
Abstract : The following investigation describes and analyses the theme of Design Project Management, observing the importance of this topic for the improvement in the development of projects from this area, as a way of obtaining better results and upgrading the valuation of design as a strategic tool - developing for the compliance of said objectives, a Graphic Design Project Management Model, with a basis in theoretical subjects, methodologies and models as defended by other authors, articles and the author’s personal experiences. Besides the investigation placed in a non-interventionist methodology, there was also an active investigation with mixed methodologies (interventionist and non-interventionist) carried in the context of the internship fulfilled in the company Dielmar, for six months, in which there were observed and manipulated subjects in relation to Graphic Design, having - respectively - observed the internal work flow, the applied methodologies and flaws/opportunities inside the department in question, and developed different types of projects. Through de evaluation of the State of the Art, the Dielmar corporate behavior and Case Studies, it was attempted to prove the pertinence and importance of this area in companies and private cases, those being design related or not.
