Description
O presente Relatório Final do Mestrado em Ensino de Música realizado na Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco (ESART-IPCB) é constituído por duas partes distintas.
A primeira parte, denominada de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, apresenta, descreve e reflete o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do estágio de prática de ensino realizado na Academia de Música e Dança do Fundão [AMDF], orientado e supervisionado, respetivamente, pelo Professor Carlos Branco e pelo Professor Doutor Adriano Aguiar. Nesta parte, é feita a caracterização da escola e do meio onde esta está situada, a cidade do Fundão, apresenta-se a caracterização dos alunos envolvidos no nosso estágio, bem como a descrição das atividades realizadas com os mesmos durante as aulas de instrumento e as aulas de classe de conjunto.
A segunda parte, denominada “Linhas de Orientação para uma Abordagem Pedagógica ao Contrabaixo Barroco”, reúne um conjunto de informações orientadoras para a iniciação do estudo e interpretação do instrumento Contrabaixo no âmbito da Música Antiga. Engloba o contexto da interpretação dos reportórios dos séculos XVI, XVII e XVIII, as características da sua linguagem e os alicerces que permitem uma aproximação a uma abordagem pedagógica com características históricas. Sendo direcionado para o Contrabaixo, o trabalho foca a principal linha de interpretação deste instrumento versando a conceptualização da realização de um baixo contínuo. Tenta, igualmente, explanar a origem da designação do instrumento bem como as características dos materiais para a sua prática musical.
Abstract : This is the Final Report of the Master's degree in Teaching of Music accomplished at the Higher School of Arts of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, Portugal (ESART-IPCB) and it is made up of two different parts. The first part is called “Supervised Teaching Practice” and it presents, describes and reflects on the work developed along the apprenticeship of teaching practice carried out in the Academy of Music and Dance of Fundão, Portugal [AMDF], guided and supervised by Teacher Carlos Branco and by Doctor Adriano Aguiar. In this part, we make the characterization of the school and its location, the city of Fundão. Simultaneously, the students' characterization involved in our apprenticeship, along with the description of the activities accomplished with those same students during the instrument classes and in the group classes are made. The second part, denominated “Early Music – Lines of orientation for a pedagogical approach to the Baroque Double Bass”, gathers guiding information for the initiation of the study and interpretation of the instrument double bass in the scope of Ancient Music. It includes the context of the interpretation of the repertoires of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, the characteristics of the language and it tries to find a way to approach the interpretation with historical characteristics. Specified for the Double Bass, this work focuses on the main line of the interpretation of this instrument, approaching the conceptualization of the accomplishment of a bass continuous line. It tries to explain the origin of the designation of the instrument as well as the characteristics of the materials for musical practice.
