Description
cura.
Conclusão
A sensibilização da população relativamente a esta
patologia é essencial, assim como a promoção do
interesse no desenvolvimento técnico e científico
das terapias existentes e de novas terapias.
ABSTRACT Objective To know the pathophysiology of the disease, to analyse the main available therapeutic forms as well as to project the possible course of its evolution. Materials and Methods An approach to the various types of the disease and to existing genetic and cellular therapies was developed in order to be able to compare and analyze them properly through a literature review. Main results Like all types of therapies and drugs, those used in Epidermolysis Bullosa have positive and negative aspects that must be considered before their use in patients. The management of the advantages and disadvantages of this therapies is crucial for maintaining the patient’s well-being. None of the therapies found in the literature review have a healing potential. Conclusion Sensitizing the population regarding this pathology is essential, as well as promoting interest in the technical and scientific development of existing therapies and new therapies.
