Description
O presente relatório de Projeto/Estágio para Mestrado no curso de Design do Vestuário e Têxtil, visa a apresentação do trabalho concretizado durante o ano letivo de 2020/2021.
O estágio, que terá decorrido entre 14 de setembro 2020 e 13 de março 2021, complementa os conhecimentos adquiridos em âmbito académico, bem como a sua aplicação em contexto empresarial condicionado por clientes reais. Possibilita ainda, o contacto com um ambiente prático e multidisciplinar do design, aumentando a aquisição de experiência profissional e conhecimentos, através do desenvolvimento de trabalhos heterogéneos, mediante a aprendizagem e o intercâmbio de novas técnicas e de uma nova linguagem estética.
Como resultado das aprendizagens adquiridas no atelier HUGO COSTA (instituição de acolhimento para estágio) e considerando o respetivo posicionamento da marca no mercado, decidiu-se realizar um projeto, cujo interesse passa pelo acréscimo de inovação na mesma e pela colaboração com a empresa, de forma a dar um contributo benéfico impulsionando o crescimento.
O projeto propõe ao atelier, uma aposta mais rica e diversificada no campo dos acessórios, através da criação de uma linha de coleção de acessórios, apresentada sazonalmente. Esta nova sugestão de trabalho proporciona assim, um novo posicionamento da marca no mercado, bem como uma nova estratégia de marketing, aumentando a sua intervenção junto ao público no campo da Moda.
Com o objetivo de obter um trabalho que respeita as principais características técnicas e estéticas da marca, ter-se-á realizado posteriormente ao estágio, possibilitando a aplicação dos conhecimentos obtidos na primeira fase.
A realização desta coleção ter-se-á focado nomeadamente no produto e na marca, obrigando a uma pesquisa detalhada da oferta deste tipo de produtos no mercado. Com o intuito de superar as dificuldades momentâneas e, no sentido de expandir a sua estrutura de vendas e respetivo público, procurou-se estudar as estratégias de marketing da marca, bem como do mercado concorrencial.
Abstract : This Project/Internship report for master's degree in the Course of Clothing and Textile Design, aims at presenting the work carried out during the school year 2020/2021. The internship, which will take place between September 14, 2020 and March 12, 2021, complements the knowledge acquired in the academic field, as well as its application in a business context conditioned by real clients. It also enables contact with a practical and multidisciplinary design environment, increasing the acquisition of professional experience and knowledge, through the development of heterogeneous works, by learning and exchanging new techniques and a new aesthetic language. As a result of the learning acquired in HUGO COSTA atelier (host institution for internship) and considering the respective positioning of the brand in the market, it was decided to carry out a project, whose interest lies in the increase of innovation in the same and the collaboration with the company, in order to make a beneficial contribution by boosting growth. The project proposes to the atelier, a richer and more diversified bet in the field of accessories, through the creation of a line of accessories collection, presented seasonally. This new work suggestion thus provides a new positioning for the brand in the market, as well as a new marketing strategy, increasing its intervention with the public in the field of Fashion. In order to obtain a work that respects the main technical and aesthetic characteristics of the brand, it will have been carried out after the internship, enabling the application of the knowledge obtained in the first phase. The realization of this collection focused particularly on the product and the brand, requiring a detailed research of the supply of this type of products in the market. In order to overcome the momentary difficulties and, in the sense of expanding its sales structure and respective public, it was sought to study the marketing strategies of the brand, as well as the competitive market.
