Description
A presente dissertação tem como base o desenvolvimento de uma melhor comunicação das empresas junto dos seus clientes, nas redes sociais e websites, utilizando o contributo do Design Gráfico para a Comunicação Digital. A mestranda para justificar este argumento, teve, como ponto de partida, um estágio no Departamento de Design na React., uma agência de design gráfico situada em Aveiro. Para além do desenvolvimento deste projeto, a mestranda realizou outros trabalhos requeridos pela mesma. A realização do estágio permitiu à mestranda adquirir novas experiências profissionais, através da inserção da mestranda no mercado de trabalho. Esta dissertação engloba três fases em que são utilizadas metodologias mistas com base qualitativa, a Fase Exploratória, a Fase Generativa e a Fase Avaliativa Na Fase Exploratória é definido o Tema, Título, Subtítulo e Tópico Investigativo. Seguidamente, foi utilizada a Revisão da Literatura, que é uma metodologia que consiste em pesquisa, análise, seleção e síntese crítica, servindo para uma recolha de informação e bibliografia. Na segunda fase, a Fase Generativa, é desenvolvida pelo argumento e pela utilização da metodologia não intervencionistas e intervencionistas com base qualitativa. O Caso de Estudos, onde se realizou uma investigação sobre metodologias de gestão em projetos de design. A metodologia de Estudo de Caso, que auxiliou para fazer uma recolha e exploração de projetos desenvolvidos pela agência. E por último, a Investigação Ativa, onde foram incluídos os projetos realizados para argumentar esta dissertação e todos os outros trabalhos elaborados no decorrer do estágio, onde a mestranda conseguiu aplicar o seu conhecimento nesta área. A terceira e última fase, a Fase Avaliativa, consiste na avaliação do projeto. O resultado desta dissertação foi positivo, uma vez que conseguiu contribuir para uma melhor divulgação da agência e dos seus clientes, através de uma comunicação mais coerente e apelativa.
Abstract : This dissertation is based on the development in bettering the communication for the companies with their customers using the contribution of Graphic Design to Digital Communication such as in social networks and websites. In order to justify this argument, the master's student had to start an internship in the Design Department at React located in Aveiro. In addition to the development of this project, the intern carried out other work required by the agency. The internship allowed the master's student to acquire new professional experiences, through the insertion of the intern in the work market. This dissertation contains three phases, the Exploratory phase, the Generative phase, and the Evaluation phase where mixed methodologies are used based on qualitative. In the Exploratory Phase, the Theme, Title, Subtitle, and Investigative Topic are defined. Then, the Literature Review was used, which is a methodology consisting of research, analysis, selection, and critical synthesis, serving for information collection and bibliography. In the second phase, the Generative Phase is developed by the argument and use of the non-interventionist and interventionist methodology on a qualitative basis. The Case studies, where an investigation was carried out on management methodologies in design projects. Also, at this stage the Case Study was applied, which served to make a collection and exploitation of projects developed by the agency. And lastly, Active Research, which included the projects carried out to argue this dissertation and all other works elaborated during the internship, where the master's student was able to apply her knowledge in this area. The third and final phase, the Evaluation Phase, consists of the evaluation of the project. The result of this dissertation was positive, since it was able to contribute to a better divulgation of the agency and their clients, through a more coherent and appealing communication
